BusinessIQ Studio primarily sells digital products, including Excel dashboards, business templates, AI prompt packs, guides, toolkits and other downloadable resources.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

We currently do not sell physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping, courier delivery or shipping charges apply to our digital products.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be delivered electronically through the delivery method specified on the relevant product page, order confirmation or delivery email.

Depending on the product, delivery may include:

• A downloadable file or download link
• Access through your customer account
• An email containing instructions or access information
• Another electronic delivery method described on the product page

DELIVERY TIME

Digital products are generally delivered shortly after successful payment and order processing.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment verification, technical problems, email delivery issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
