Welcome to BusinessIQ Studio. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BusinessIQ Studio.

BusinessIQ Studio operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). BusinessIQ Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every product will meet every customer's individual requirements or expectations.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue or replace products or product features at any time.

SECTION 3 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically through the delivery method specified on the relevant product page, order confirmation or subsequent delivery communication.

• Use our products to create a competing product based substantially on our protected materials.
• Remove copyright, trademark, licensing or other proprietary notices.

You may use purchased products for legitimate internal business purposes, subject to any product-specific license terms.

If a product includes a separate license or usage agreement, that agreement will apply to the extent it conflicts with these Terms for that particular product.

SECTION 8 - AI PROMPTS AND AI-GENERATED OUTPUT

Some products may contain AI prompts, prompt libraries, workflows or resources intended to assist users in working with artificial intelligence tools.

AI tools and their outputs are controlled by third-party providers and may change over time.

BusinessIQ Studio does not guarantee that a particular prompt will produce a particular result or that AI-generated output will always be accurate, complete, original, suitable or free from errors.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before using it for business, legal, financial, medical, employment or other important purposes.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party AI service you use.

However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions between you and BusinessIQ Studio.
